Hello all! I've created this community to re-create the old rp-me community but with an active moderator. I've been in that community since it's started, and there has always been little presence to those who took care of it. I hope to build this community where we can all manage tags and build on what we've already established in the last journal. I used dreamwidth because LiveJournal is a dying website, and most of the roleplaying community has died with it.

With all that said, comment here to let me know what you would like to see different in this!

Intro:
Well, I suppose it's now time for my shameless writing plug. It seems I finally got the nerve to write a post on this site and to say the least, I am hoping to find some good role play's from here. Recently, I came into a couple of months of free time, so I am looking for some type of pleasant activity to engage in, and writing with someone is just that activity for me.

My name is Daq, though some people also call me Daquri or Ziti, I am 18 years of age, and I have been involved in heavy role playing for the past 6-7 years. This site is my main modem for finding role play's, but as stated up tip, my main modem for actual writing is G-mail, and now, so I don't go off on a tangent and lose my point, I will just continue on.

I am currently looking for RP's that fall under any fandoms my partners and I enjoy. In terms of fandoms, I am primarily searching for OC/Canon pairings, though if someone wants to do Canon/Canon, I will hear you out and several options will be listed under the 'Fandom's' section just in case. While for original, obviously it would be OC/OC. The fandoms I listed above are the ones I am heavily searching for, though I will include some others at the bottom, just past the dreaded 'Rules' section.

Rules:(Dun... Dun... DUN!!!!)

Writing Style: I am really not a major, picky writer. Honestly, I just ask for someone to put in as much effort into the writing as I do, I have a solid amount of experience and I can preform any form of RP a person wants, just tell me if you want fast replies, with a little less depth, or slower ones with more power. Third person is the style I prefer to use when writing with someone, as I feel that first can make setting scenes and introducing characters rather difficult.

Grammar: Really, grammar is not a huge deal for me. I am not critical of it, just know when to use a comma and a period is all I ask for, anything else is not a big deal at all.

Smut: Smut is defiantly something I want to include in the role play, not just for the sexual aspect, though I feel its fun to write. I also think sex is a key aspect in terms of developing character relationships, I believe that it exposes the character's true selves to one another, and I just feel that it expands on the characters and the relationship between the two or more people. In terms of plot, I am not looking for PWP, but we can do a large amount of smut, if there is some plot to go along with it, and it does not feel too forced.

Pairings: This is just in terms of the number of guys we can use, I am more than open to a polygamy style relationship, if its treated the same as a monogamous relationship. Doubling is also huge with me, so I would prefer to go this route as well.

Romance: I will say this is the only somewhat firm rule I have, I am only comfortable writing the M/M dynamic just due to both experience and comfort, at least in terms of smut. So, I will ask that if we double, my OC's relationship will need to be M/M, but if you approach me with a good male to female pairing, or female-female, I will hear you out, but I think fading to black would be needed, but I can do cute moments and romantic stuff of course!

OOC Chat: For me, this is very much key, I loathe the feeling that I am coming off as robotic in my replies. So I would like to have some type of way to speak with my partner, to get to know them, to plot with them, and just form a effective working relationship, I think once we known another, we can figure out where we fit and write in ways that can appeal to one another.

AU: They are not typically something I utilize, but if a good scenario can be built, I am more than happy with using an AU for the RP.

Gore/Violence: Honestly, this all depends on the pairings, if we are delving into a bad romance between a serial killer and a man verging on the ends of giving into his dark side, its gonna need to get pretty dark and probably bloody, overall, it really just depends on the pairing for me.

The Infamous Intro E-Mail: Honestly, I am not that hard to approach, I take most RP offers with a very open mind, I don't judge people on what they like, or dislike, I just like knowing people. But I do ask you approach me with more than 'Hey, you wanna RP?' Honestly, while I will appreciate you taking a little time to message me, I do ask to know the person, tell me your writing styles, the fandoms you would like to try out, any original ideas you have, your name, your favorite candy, something that let's me understand you a bit. You have found the secret question! Sorry, no trophy pops up for anything but, in your E-mail, please include your favorite ice cream flavor, so that I know you read this.

Alright, well the Rules are finally done and I do hope I came across as easy to talk to, I don't like to be mean or rude, and I like talking with people. So I hope I did not say anything that made me seem harsh, if I did, approach me and ask me about it, I am really a wimpy push-over, so just talk to me about it!

Some of my favorites for Marvel are Spider-Man, along with his Villains, especially Venom, Doctor Octopus, and others. Deadpool, and most Marvel Avengers appeal to me, I also adore the X-Men.
